Nutrition and active quantities

Extract quantities depend on the sachet chosen: Flow has 250mg Lion’s Mane plus 83mg Rhodiola; Zen has 153mg L-theanine plus 110mg Ashwagandha; Mojo has 305mg Cordyceps plus 102mg Siberian Ginseng. Caffeine naturally varies between 80mg and 110mg per serving. A full nutrition panel is not published on the current product page.

Ingredients

Flow: soluble coffee, Lion’s Mane extract (250mg, 45% beta-glucans), RhodioLife® Rhodiola rosea extract (83mg, 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside), natural flavouring. Zen: soluble coffee, L-theanine (153mg), KSM-66 Ashwagandha® root extract (110mg, 5% withanolides), natural flavouring. Mojo: soluble coffee, Cordyceps sinensis extract (305mg, 5% cordycepin and 25% beta-glucans), Siberian Ginseng extract (102mg, 0.8% eleutherosides), natural flavouring. Each blend uses soluble coffee with 6% finely ground roasted coffee.

Preparation and directions

Empty one sachet into a mug, add hot water and stir well. Drink black or add your preferred milk. Around 300ml of hot water is suggested; use less water for a stronger cup.

Training and event use

Training: An ordinary caffeinated coffee option before a morning session if it suits you. Test it in normal training, count it towards your total caffeine intake, and keep food, fluids and electrolytes doing the fuelling and hydration work.

Event use: Not designed as race fuel or hydration. If you choose coffee on an event morning, use only a caffeine routine that you have already tested in training.
