London Nootropics Selection Box
A 12 sachet selection with Flow, Mojo and Zen, made for trying the full range.
London Nootropics
Shez and Zain started by adding natural ingredients to coffee before the gym because they wanted something different from a typical pre-workout drink. After two years of development, they launched three coffees that make chosen adaptogen extracts easy to fit into a normal day without treating taste as an afterthought.
New to adaptogenic coffee?
The Selection Box covers Flow, Mojo and Zen. The Mushroom Coffee Box keeps the choice to Flow and Mojo. Both are simpler starting points than guessing from the ingredient list alone.

Why London Nootropics exists
Shez and Zain were already making coffee before the gym. They began experimenting with natural ingredients because they wanted something different from conventional pre-workout drinks. That practical habit became two years of product development.
Their idea was to take adaptogen extracts out of the specialist supplement cupboard and put them into something familiar: a good cup of coffee. Single serve sachets make the amount repeatable, while three clearly named blends keep the choice understandable.
Taste mattered from the start. So did being open about the extracts in each blend. RSG treats Flow, Mojo and Zen as three ingredient and flavour choices, not guaranteed outcomes. Start with the mixed box if you are unsure, then choose the coffee you genuinely enjoy drinking.
Thanks for being here.

Founder, Ready Sweat Go
The founders worked on the blends for two years. London Nootropics launched in March 2020.
Each coffee has a short, named pair of adaptogen extracts rather than an indistinct all-in-one mix.
London Nootropics says the coffees are made in the UK with natural ingredients and no artificial sweeteners.
The brand publishes extract detail and says its blends are independently tested.
Choose with confidence
The extracts matter, but so do taste, caffeine and the time of day. Use the mixed boxes to compare, or go straight to a blend when you already know the ingredients you want.
Choose the Selection Box for all three blends. It gives you a useful comparison without committing to one coffee based on the name alone.
Flow pairs Lion's Mane with Rhodiola. Mojo pairs Cordyceps with Siberian Ginseng. Zen pairs Ashwagandha with L-theanine.
Every blend contains caffeine. London Nootropics states 80 to 110mg per serving, with natural variation between cups.
Good to know
It is coffee blended with extracts from plants or fungi commonly described as adaptogens. London Nootropics uses two named extracts in each blend. These are caffeinated drinks and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Use the ingredient pair and taste as your starting point. Flow contains Lion's Mane and Rhodiola, Mojo contains Cordyceps and Siberian Ginseng, and Zen contains KSM-66 Ashwagandha and L-theanine. The Selection Box is the simplest route if you want to compare all three.
London Nootropics states that all three blends contain around 80 to 110mg of caffeine per serving, which is similar to a regular cup of coffee. Caffeine varies naturally, so include the sachet when you count your total intake for the day.
Mix one sachet with hot water, then add your preferred milk if you like. Follow the current pack directions and adjust the amount of water or milk to the cup you enjoy.
