A compact range, chosen by the job it does

truefuels keeps the decision useful: a neutral 40g carbohydrate gel with Low Salt and High Salt options, a sugar-free electrolyte sachet that keeps hydration separate from fuel, and CoreCtrl for structured hot-weather preparation.

Start with your session, conditions and current tolerance. Every product page now includes source-checked nutrition, ingredients, directions and suitability. Compare energy gels, browse the wider endurance fuel range, or explore energy and hydration drinks.

Three products. Three distinct jobs.

Choose by the problem you need to solve: carbohydrate fuel, hydration support or structured preparation for hot conditions.

Use the product page and current pack information to check ingredients, directions and suitability before choosing.

Why truefuels fits RSG

Clear quantities make better fuelling decisions

The useful part of this range is separation. The gel gives a known 40g carbohydrate dose. The electrolyte sachet adds sodium and minerals with 1g carbohydrate. CoreCtrl belongs before a hot event, not in the same mental bucket as race fuel.

That makes it easier to build, test and adjust the full system without accidentally double-counting fuel or assuming every product solves the same problem.

Low Salt or High Salt gel?

Both gels provide 40g carbohydrate. Low Salt contains 98mg sodium; High Salt contains 386mg. Choose in the context of conditions, duration, fluid intake and your own sweat losses, then test the decision in training.

How the range fits together

The gel provides carbohydrate. The electrolyte sachet supports hydration without adding fuel. CoreCtrl is an eight-day pre-event preparation product. They solve different problems and should not be treated as interchangeable.
