Why we exist

Health, movement and performance need to fit real life

Ready Sweat Go exists because modern life is demanding and because physical and mental health are not optional extras. They are the foundation everything else sits on.

I grew up in the west of Scotland and spend as much time outdoors as I can, usually on a bike, a hill, or with my family and whatever weather turns up.

Like most people Ready Sweat Go is built for, I have had to learn how to fit movement and health around real life rather than the other way round.

That matters because the most useful advice is not abstract. It has to work when training sits beside work, family, early starts, short nights and the rest of the week.

For me, that is personal. I have been made redundant and I have had two heart attacks, including one just a month after running the Loch Ness Marathon. I know how quickly a busy, capable life can remind you that health cannot always wait until the diary clears.

Ready Sweat Go grew from that experience and from a real passion to help other people keep moving, feel more confident and make sensible choices when there is already plenty competing for their time.

We curate products for real life: long days, training where you can fit it in, and recovery that helps the next session rather than chasing novelty.

Everything we stock is chosen for quality, integrity and staying power. We keep things helpful and honest, and we try to avoid the unnecessary noise.

Alongside the brands we trust, we are always looking carefully at what could genuinely help people next, guided by the same patient and thoughtful approach.

I want us to stock the best products we can find for the job, but the product is only part of the answer. Our Fuel Finder, Fuel Facts and guides are there to turn useful knowledge into a clearer next step, whether you know exactly what you need or would value a little help.

That mix matters to me: good products, honest advice and practical technology, all built around the person using them. We will keep learning, keep improving and keep looking after the places where so many of us run, ride, swim and reset.

Thanks for being here, and for trusting us to play a small part in your training and wellbeing.

A commitment that stays

Looking after the places that give us so much

The outdoors is where we run, ride, swim, think and reset. Ready Sweat Go supports 1% for the Planet by committing 1% of annual sales to environmental organisations, through thick and thin.

It is a practical promise to give something back to the places we love and too easily take for granted.

What customers can expect
