The Founder

I grew up in the west of Scotland and spend as much time as I can outdoors, usually on a bike, a hill, with my family and whatever weather turns up.

Like most people we’re here for, I’ve had to learn how to fit movement and health around real life rather than the other way round.

Ready Sweat Go exists because modern life is demanding, and because physical and mental health are not optional extras. They are the foundation on which everything else sits.

We curate products for real life: long days, early starts, short nights, training where you can fit it in. Everything we stock is chosen for quality, integrity and staying power, no hype or novelty.
