  • PF30 Caffeine Gel provides 30g of carbohydrate plus caffeine, typically used later in races or when mental fatigue increases.

Do Precision Energy Gels contain Electrolytes?

No. Precision Energy Gels do not contain meaningful electrolytes, and this is intentional.

Precision Fuel & Hydration separates fuel (carbohydrate) from hydration (sodium) so that each can be adjusted independently. This allows athletes to tailor carbohydrate intake without over- or under-consuming electrolytes, especially when conditions or sweat rates change.

Electrolytes can be added separately using Precision Hydration products.
