Preparation and directions

Empty one sachet into a mug, add hot water and stir well. Drink black or add your preferred milk. Around 300ml of hot water is suggested; use less water for a stronger cup.

Training and event use

Training: An ordinary caffeinated coffee option before a morning session if it suits you. Test it in normal training, count it towards your total caffeine intake, and keep food, fluids and electrolytes doing the fuelling and hydration work.

Event use: Not designed as race fuel or hydration. If you choose coffee on an event morning, use only a caffeine routine that you have already tested in training.

How to make it

Empty one sachet into a mug, add around 300ml of hot water and stir well. Drink it black, add your preferred milk, or dissolve it in a splash of hot water before pouring over iced milk.
