During exercise when you need fast-release carbs, things like races, bigger climbs and tempo efforts. They can be used really for any session over 60 minutes long.
How many should I take?

Take two chews every 20 minutes is what Veloforte recommend. This should be enough for most people.

Are the chews vegan and gluten free?

Most flavours are vegan and gluten free; always check the ingredients on this page (above in the description) for the specific flavour.
Can I combine the chews with gels and bars?

Yes you can. The best use case is to use the chews for quick carbs at pace, bars for real-food satiety, and gels for compact carb hits. Keep total carbs in your target range per hour, depending on your effort level.
Are they caffeinated?

Will they upset my stomach?
