How the protocol works
The manufacturer instructs athletes to take one sachet daily for eight days, with the final serving on event morning. That makes the eight-sachet pack the natural starting point; the 16- and 32-sachet formats suit multiple events or longer heat-preparation blocks.

United Kingdom Shipping
Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will ship the same day.
Orders placed after noon Monday to Friday will ship the next working day.
Orders placed at the weekends will be shipped on a Monday.
Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
Orders Under £35
When your order is less than £35, we charge £3.50 for standard UK delivery.
Orders £35 or more
When your order exceeds £35, you qualify for free standard UK Shipping at checkout. If the order is placed before noon, your package will be sent that day, and we will always try to have it with you within three working days. If the order is placed after noon, it will be sent the next working day.
