Flexible carbohydrate drink mix for longer training and racing. The 930g pouch provides 30 servings and lets you scale carbohydrate intake to the work required, up to 120g per litre.

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday will ship the same day.

When your order is less than £35, we charge £3.50 for standard UK delivery.

Orders £35 or more

When your order exceeds £35, you qualify for free standard UK Shipping at checkout. If the order is placed before noon, your package will be sent that day, and we will always try to have it with you within three working days. If the order is placed after noon, it will be sent the next working day.

Precision Drink Mix is designed to be mixed flexibly based on your fuelling needs, both variants can be used as follows:

  • 1 scoop in 500ml water provides 15g of carbohydrate
  • 2 scoops in 500ml provides 30g of carbohydrate
  • 4 scoops in 500ml provides 60g of carbohydrate
  • 8 scoops in 1 litre provides 120g of carbohydrate

This allows you to tailor carbohydrate intake precisely depending on session length, intensity, and conditions.
How much carbohydrate should I aim for per hour?

Many endurance athletes aim for 30–90g of carbohydrate per hour, depending on intensity and duration.

What is the Precision carb and electrolyte drink mix?

Precision also offers a combined carbohydrate and electrolyte drink mix, providing 60g of carbohydrate per serving along with sodium.

  • You prefer not to manage fuel and hydration separately during shorter or less complex sessions

For longer or more demanding efforts, many athletes still prefer separating fuel and hydration for greater control.
Is Precision Drink Mix fuel or hydration?

Precision Drink Mix is primarily a fuel product, delivering carbohydrate through fluid.

You can chose the 'Carb & Electrolyte' version for both fuel and hydration in one simple format. 4x Scoops in 1l of water would supply 60g of carbs and 1000mg of sodium.

The carb only version is ideal for those that want to manage their electrolyte levels independently, using PF&H's sole Hydration product, PH 500mg, PF 1000mg and PF 1500mg.
When is drink mix most useful compared to gels or chews?

Drink mix is commonly used:
