What does Mush Love taste like?
It tastes like coffee, not a mug of mushrooms. The blend is smooth and familiar, although the adaptogen extracts can add a little earthiness. Drink it black or add your usual milk.
How to make it
- Empty one sachet into a mug.
- Add hot water and stir well.
- Drink black or add your favourite milk.
London Nootropics suggests around 300ml of hot water per sachet. Use less water for a stronger cup, or dissolve the sachet in a splash of hot water before pouring it over iced milk.
