As Tailwind stock gradually returns to the UK, some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. Boxes and pouches may differ from our usual packaging, but the contents remain the same. Thanks for bearing with us while supplies get back up to speed.

Post-session, your body is primed to rebuild, but that doesn’t mean there’s a five-minute deadline. Still, hitting your shake sooner can help, especially when you train fasted or back-to-back. Just know that it’s consistency (your overall daily protein), not speed, that drives gains. Just shake a scoop with water and you’re giving your body exactly what it needs to bounce back: carbs to top up glycogen, protein to rebuild, and electrolytes to restore balance.
