It is hard not to like Tailwind Endurance Fuel. We were immediately impressed with how easily it mixes: the powder is fine and dissolves quickly in water. It combines carbohydrate and electrolytes, with a broad choice of flavours both with and without caffeine. For longer activities where drinking your fuel is practical, it has earned its place in the RSG range.
Use it well
Follow the instructions on the exact pack, then practice the full drink and fuel plan in training. Adjust it for session length, conditions, pace and what else you plan to eat or drink.

Was giving the heads up about tailwind by a friend didn’t think it would make much difference but……, wow I was wrong !!!!!! Am experimenting. Used 6 scoops in 2 bottles for 2 hrs triathlon so that's 150grans carbs per hr. Felt strong, did well, tastes good even tho made strong solution. Next wk will try 4 scoops over 2 hrs to see if feel same. Apparently the body can only utilize 100g carbs per hr and using more is a waste. Will see how I feel. Hopefully can use less and save money!

That sounds like a solid strategy right there! We agree with you, Tailwind is ace and never too strong that it becomes unpallatable, even when made stronger. I've tried a few powdered fuels over the years and this one tops them all. Tastes great even when it's really concentrated you don't get a really sweet synthetic taste that I've found in other products and most of all it works! What's not to love?
