Complete Unity Yoga - 4mm Yoga Mat - Eco-friendly - Ocean Teal Blue
A 4mm jute and natural rubber mat in Ocean Teal Blue for regular home or studio practice.
Complete Unity Yoga
Will and Malene spent a year living, studying and teaching at a yoga ashram in the foothills of the Himalayas. They came home with a clear problem to solve: too much yoga equipment was low quality and made from oil-based plastic. Complete Unity Yoga grew from their determination to make thoughtful equipment from natural, more sustainable materials.
Start with where you practise
Both CompleteGrip formats use jute fabric with natural tree rubber. The 4mm mats give you more cushioning for regular home or studio use. The 2mm mat is lighter and designed to fold into luggage.

Restorative practice and meditation
The bolster supports longer restorative poses across more of the body. The buckwheat-filled meditation cushions create a smaller, firmer base for seated practice. Choose by the job rather than the print alone.

From home to class
These are roomy mat carriers rather than close-fitting sleeves. Each has space for a mat, clothing and a water bottle, plus an inner zipped pocket for smaller essentials.

A different kind of mat
RelaxFast is not a yoga mat. It has three separable sections, coconut-fibre filling, a shaped neck support and acupressure points. Read the directions before the first use and build up gradually.

Why Complete Unity Yoga exists
Complete Unity Yoga dates back to 2016. While living at an ashram in India, Will and Malene kept meeting the same compromise: yoga equipment that did not reflect the quality, care or environmental values they brought to the practice itself.
They began with a wider collection of mat bags, cushions, bolsters and other props made from natural materials. The products were designed by practising teachers who understood how shape, support, grip and ease of use affect the time you spend on the mat.
The flagship CompleteGrip mat came later, after years of research and development. Its jute surface and natural rubber base were chosen to create a grippy, durable mat without relying on the plastic-heavy construction that had frustrated the founders in the first place.
RSG came to the range for the same reason. We wanted yoga equipment that could do a proper job without treating virgin oil-based plastics as the only option. What keeps Complete Unity Yoga relevant is not an abstract sustainability line. It is the combination of useful design, teacher-led detail and materials chosen with more care.
Start with the role the product needs to play. A mat, bolster, meditation cushion, carry bag and acupressure mat are not interchangeable, and the clearest route through the range is to choose the job first.
Thanks for being here.

Will and Malene bring thousands of hours of yoga teacher training to the way each product is developed.
The idea began after a year of living, studying and teaching at an ashram near the Himalayas.
Jute, natural tree rubber, buckwheat hull and coconut fibre replace plastic-heavy default choices across the range.
The flagship CompleteGrip mat followed years of research and testing rather than a quick catalogue launch.
Choose with confidence
Start with the product's job, then compare thickness, support, materials, dimensions and care. The right setup may be one good mat, not a room full of equipment.
Choose a 4mm mat when cushioning and everyday use matter most. Choose the 2mm mat when lower weight and the ability to fold it into luggage matter more.
A bolster supports more of the body through restorative poses. A meditation cushion gives you a smaller, firmer seat. Use the dimensions on each product page to check the fit.
The mat bags are useful when you also take clothing, a bottle and small valuables. If the mat rarely leaves home, a bag may not be necessary.
Treat RelaxFast as a separate product with its own directions. Start gently, follow the current guidance and seek qualified advice if you have a medical condition or are unsure whether it suits you.
Good to know
The 4mm CompleteGrip mat is the more cushioned everyday choice. The 2mm mat is lighter and foldable, so it is easier to pack for travel. Both use a jute surface with natural tree rubber. Check the exact current dimensions and care instructions on the product page.
Complete Unity Yoga uses the name CompleteGrip for its combination of hand-crafted jute fabric and natural tree rubber. The texture is designed to provide a non-slip surface without a plastic top layer.
The mats contain natural tree rubber and jute. Other products use materials including jute fabric, buckwheat hull and coconut fibre. Check the exact product page and packaging if you have an allergy, sensitivity or material requirement.
Care varies by product. Wipe the mats with the recommended natural cleaning solution and allow them to dry properly. Covers and fabric products have their own washing instructions, so check the exact product page before cleaning.
