Description

Carbohydrate-electrolyte mix to aid water absorption during your most challenging events and training. Specially made by Tailwind to let you avoid gut bombs and focus on your sport, trusted by the world’s best athletes.

Each stickpack is the equivalent of 2 servings of 100 calories from the larger pouches. 

50 Serving Pouch is equivalent to 25 Stick Packs
30 Serving Pouch is equivalent to 15 Stick Packs

For endurance workouts, mix one stick pack (about 54g) in 500-750ml of water to sip over an hour. Test your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as your guide. 

When dialled in, you'll feel energetic, your stomach will be comfortable, and hunger won't get in your way.

On hot days, keep the same calories per hour but increase the amount of water added. To combine with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you consume elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut.

Lots. But the obvious things are the taste, it tastes not too sweet or false, you can drink it all day.

It's gentle on the stomach so you actually can use it all day.

How to use Tailwind?

Just add water. A stick pack or two scoops will provide 200 calories. You can mix it with between 500ml and 750ml depending on the temperature and your activity.

Use more water for warmer days.

Some people take the stick packs on longer events just to add in to water at aid stations.

Can Tailwind Endurance Fuel replace energy gels and bars?

Yes it can. And we've found them to be much easier on the stomach than gels too.

We think so. For activities over an hour or more it's ideal. Especially when you are sweating and need to replace fluids lost through sport.
How does Tailwind help with hydration, salts and electrolyte balance?

Two scoops of Tailwind’s Endurance Fuel contains 0.6g of potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium salts.

This speeds the absorption of water more than if you were to drink water alone.

Are there caffeinated options of Tailwind, and how do they benefit performance?

Yes there are. The caffeinated blends are Raspberry, Cola, Matcha and Tropical.

These contain 35mg of caffeine, so 70mg for a two scoop serving.

Best Fuel Out There

I am currently training for a marathon and after looking gor recommendations online i found Tailwind and it has been a game changer. My runs feel easier and with it being an all in one i dont need to worry about carrying or consuming anything else. It tastes really good too, not sharp or bitter.
