How To Use
Within 30 mins post-session, add 3x scoops to 500 to 750ml of cold water or your favourite milk.
Shake For 10–15s until smooth. We like adding in some ice cubes to help cool and smooth at the same time.
Tougher session? Top up with a second small serving later.
Clean: rinse after use; warm soapy wash; air-dry with cap off.
